*Prerequsites*

  1. Devices must be enrolled to Microsoft Intune

1 Go to https://endpoint.microsoft.com and enter your Microsoft 365 administrator details

2 Click on devices down the left-hand side.

3 Click on ‘Configuration Profiles’ down the left-hand side and then click on ‘Create Profile’.

4. Select the following options as below.

  1. Platform: Windows 10 or Later
  2. Profile Type: Templates
  3. Template Name: Administrative Templates

5 Give your profile a meaningful name and description.

6. Now select ‘Computer Configuration>OneDrive>Configure Team Site Libraries To Sync Automatically’
7. Go to the SharePoint site that contains the library you wish to push out to devices. Select the Library and click sync as below.

8 Select ‘Copy Library ID’ and go back to the ‘configuration profile’ tab and paste in the library ID in to the Value box. Now Click ‘Ok’ and then click next.

9 Paste the Name and library ID we retrieved in the previous step and click ok.

10. You can leave the scope tags as default.

11. Now assign the users or devices you wish to apply this policy too.

12. Now click next and click create. Please note SharePoint sites can take up to 8 hours to start syncing.
